I got my wisdom teeth removed by Joe and my face didn’t swell at all, I didn’t need any sort of painkillers besides Advil, and I was able to eat sushi the next night. “Dr. D’Angelo installed my veneers, and I was struck by the wonderful service and, of course, by the quality of the work. This office’s mission is to provide superior care, and I think it says something about them that they make a point to include in their mission statement that their goal is to positively influence the quality of life of their patients. I can’t speak for all of their patients but I imagine most, if not all, would agree with me when I point out that I was treated in every way possible exactly how you might expect, when a dentist makes superior care and MY QUALITY OF LIFE the priority.
I was a little bit worried about getting veneers but Dr. D’Angelo was patient with me, helping me look through before and after pictures and helping me to come up with the right shade and the most natural look.
That was probably my biggest worry. I didn’t want to look like I had a fake smile. I wanted a nice smile but it was important to me that it had a natural appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the results when all was said and done.
They do more than just veneers and cosmetic dentistry. I think they do everything including pulling teeth, implants, and just simple stuff like toothaches and such. I saw before and after pictures with replacing metal fillings with fillings that match the color of the tooth, and I saw before and after pictures of repairs and other such things.
This is a full service office, and I’m sure based on my experience with the veneers, that they approach any job with an absolute attention to detail and commitment to positive results.
I guess it’s obvious that I recommend this dentist. I’ve already recommended Dr. D’Angelo to a number of friends, and I can do that with absolute confidence. I recommend this office for anybody who needs dental work, whether it’s cosmetic or any other kind of work. You can bet I’ll have only one dentist in mind whenever I need work done again.”

“My first visit with Dr. D’Angelo was a delightful experience. He was thorough and professional beyond my expectation. I had a full checkup with x-rays. It was my first experience with digital x-ray technology. So much easier and more comfortable than film. They had my old film from my prior dentist, and the contrast in clarity was so much better.
I don’t have any major problems, so they didn’t recommend any unnecessary procedures.

“A friend of mine told me about Dr. D’Angelo in La Jolla. She said that he did incredible work that was absolutely painless!
I came in to Dr. D’Angelo`s office and was greeted by his warm, friendly staff. It was obvious to me that these people loved working here!
Within minutes I had met Dr. Joe`s whole staff and felt very much at home. Dr. D’Angelo is the kind of person you like instantly! Needless to say, I needed extensive work done due to my own neglect. We put a game plan together, agreed on a time frame to get started, and away we went. I had every kind of work done from inlays to onlays, implants to root canals.
